Discuss Managed WebsiteCare starts after your full approval and confirmed handover. The handover review is part of the build, with no separate initial review charge.
Initial review from £150 for up to three hours covering access, platform, condition and recovery arrangements, followed by a written scope. Care starts after review, any agreed remedial work and acceptance.
The same three levels apply. Complexity determines the final quotation; repairs are separate.
Routine care includes monthly agreed page, link and enquiry-route checks, with quarterly review of supported technical updates and recovery arrangements. The written plan defines the supported components, responsibilities and appropriate frequency for your platform.
Each level replaces the lower allowance. Unused monthly content time does not roll over. New pages, functions, redesigns, migrations, copywriting and major repairs are quoted before work begins. Corrections to our agreed build are distinguished from new requests.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two working days, with completion scheduled to scope. Emergency or 24-hour cover is separate from these plans. Hosting, domain, email and paid licences are itemised, with no duplicate charge for agreed first-year build provision. Renewal and cancellation terms are agreed in writing.
Care and initial reviews are separately quoted services; design-launch discounts apply only where expressly agreed.
Your membership has its own support arrangements. You do not need a duplicate website maintenance plan for that space.
