Partners Corner is reserved for verified outside relationships. The specialist capabilities within Second Story Studio are not Partners and are not separate businesses.

A Partner may supply Second Story Studio, make part of a build, work alongside the studio, advise on a specialist need or provide a service the studio uses directly. Any customer route must state which business is responsible for quotation, contract, payment, fulfilment and aftercare.

Partners Corner

A Partner remains an independent person or business unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. Partners Corner is relationship-based, not a paid membership or advertising package, and public inclusion does not transfer responsibility for their work to Second Story Studio.

  • Each party remains responsible for its own advice, claims, quotations, work, transactions, warranties, safety, compliance and legal obligations.
  • Any referral or joint project must identify the lead contact, payment route, scope, division of work, credit and aftercare before work begins.
  • Names, identities, work and external links may be used only as agreed. Nothing publishes automatically, and Second Story Studio may refuse, suspend or remove unsuitable material.

Customers should check the named seller, service provider or project lead and the applicable terms before paying or commissioning work. Where an external platform is used, the transaction is with the named provider under its own terms.
